Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix4 - 6 cups rhubarb

1 cup sugar

1 cup half-and-half

Directions

Use a standard yellow cake mix and follow the directions on the box. Pour the batter into a 9" x 12" baking pan.

Cut up 4-6 cups of raw rhubarb and sprinkle over the top of the cake batter.

Take one cup of sugar and sprinkle it over the rhubarb.

Take one cup of half-and-half and carefully pour over sugar and rhubarb to coat the sugar completely.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
